To ensure program integrity, cohort quality, and appropriate resource allocation, the following transfer and cancellation policy applies to all of the Flagship Frameworks Training programs and related offerings.

Application & Admission

Participation in the Flagship Frameworks Training programs is by application and acceptance. Upon acceptance, enrollment is confirmed once payment terms are satisfied.

Transfers

• Transfer requests must be submitted in writing.
• Approved transfers may be applied to:
  • A future session of the same program, or
  • Another Flagship Frameworks Training program of equal value.

Transfer Terms:

• More than 30 days prior to program start:
  One (1) transfer permitted at no additional cost.
• 15–30 days prior to program start:
  Transfer fee of 25% of the program investment
• 14 days or fewer prior to program start:
  Transfer fee of 50% of the program investment

Transferred enrollments must be applied within six (6) months of the original program start date. Unused transfers after this period are forfeited.

Cancellations

• More than 30 days prior to program start:
  Full refund, less a 10% administrative and processing fee.
• 15–30 days prior to program start:
  50% of the program investment is non-refundable.
• 14 days or fewer prior to program start, or failure to attend:
  100% of the program investment is non-refundable.

Substitutions (Enterprise & Team Programs)

For enterprise or team-based programs, participant substitutions may be permitted with written notice, provided:

• The substitute meets program eligibility requirements, and
• No pre-program assessments, materials, or licenses have been activated for the original participant.

Substitution requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Custom & Enterprise Programs

For fully customized programs, enterprise engagements, and private deliveries:

• Transfer and cancellation terms will be defined within the applicable service agreement or statement of work.
• Deposits for custom programs are non-refundable once program design and preparation have commenced.

Program Changes

The Adversity Leadership Institute reserves the right to:

• Adjust program dates, locations, or delivery formats when necessary.
• Substitute faculty or facilitators while maintaining program quality and outcomes.

In the event of a program reschedule initiated by the Institute, participants may elect to:

• Transfer to the rescheduled program date, or
• Apply the full investment to a future program.

Force Majeure

The Adversity Leadership Institute is not responsible for delays or cancellations resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, travel disruptions, or public health emergencies. In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate participants through transfers or credits.
