- More than 30 days prior to program start:
One (1) transfer permitted at no additional cost. - 15–30 days prior to program start:
Transfer fee of 25% of the program investment - 14 days or fewer prior to program start:
Transfer fee of 50% of the program investment
Transferred enrollments must be applied within six (6) months of the original program start date. Unused transfers after this period are forfeited.
Cancellations

Full refund, less a 10% administrative and processing fee. - 15–30 days prior to program start:
