Assessment results:

- Are not psychological or clinical assessments
- Should not be used as the sole basis for hiring, promotion, disciplinary, or termination decisions
- Represent a point-in-time evaluation based on available information
Organizations remain solely responsible for employment and management decisions.
Consulting & Coaching Services
Consulting, coaching, advisory, and leadership development services are collaborative professional engagements.
Clients remain responsible for:
- Business decisions
- Organizational implementation
- Personnel actions
- Operational execution
- Regulatory compliance
- Financial decisions
We provide recommendations and professional guidance but cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
Government Contracting Services
Where services are provided under federal, state, or local government contracts, additional contractual terms, procurement regulations, security requirements, and agency-specific provisions may apply.
Nothing in these Terms supersedes applicable government contract requirements.
We do not guarantee:

Professional Certifications
Participation in a program does not automatically result in certification.
Professional certifications issued by The Adversity Leadership Institute™ are awarded only upon successful completion of all applicable program requirements, assessments, evaluations, and standards.
